Due Diligence for European VC Firm
Assessed a potential acquisition target (startup) to determine whether it would fit within the existing portfolio. (Roughly $300M valuation by existing investors)
Research included user interviews, competitive analysis and first-hand data collection and aggregation on the target's top-50 markets.
Assessed Product Portfolio for Large Non-Profit
Worked with executive team to assess and retool product portfolio, conducting workshops with staff, interviewing 35 existing and potential customers and modeling scenarios with Monte Carlo simulations.
Developed Operating Model and Defined New Roles for Large US Retailer
Developed operating model (vendor logistics, sales team training, support and compensation models) for 10 different store formats.
Key features included store-within-a-store, vendor-to-customer logistics and store pilot testing regimes.
Process Improvement & Scaling Framework for Small Software Company
Developed a client onboarding playbook for multi-timezone data engineering team of 18, working with several cross-team dependencies and contractors to design and implement an end-to-end process map, role definitions and change control governance procedures.
